Amy (Angel)
Amy comes to SkyAngel Designs from a background in theatrical costuming and over a decade of experience designing clothing and costumes for herself and others. She graduated from Wagner College in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Theatre, and spent a season as Wardrobe Supervisor with Barrington Stage Company in the Berkshires. For the past several years, she has been constructing historical reproductions for reenactments as well as award-winning costumes for various Sci-Fi and Fantasy conventions, including I-Con at Stonybrook University in Long Island, and Atlanta's Dragon*Con. Currently, she works as a conservator and restoration specialist for designer and vintage bridal apparel. She lives in Albany, New York, with four crazy animals (three feline, one human).

Cheryl (Sky)
Cheryl comes to SkyAngel Designs from a completely different background than Amy. A scientist by training, she bring her superior knowledge of physics and human anatomy to corset and dress design (almost...but not quite). She has been fashioning clothing for herself and others for nearly a decade, immersed in the subtle art and exact science of patchwork and corsetry. Corsets, a historical passion from her "younger" days, were a natural thing for her to create once she realized that Betty could sew through 8 layers of cotton duck. Currently, she works as molecular biologist in one of the Albany area colleges. Cheryl lives near the piney piney woods, with three crazy animals (both feline) and full stooping privileges at Amy's house.
