The underbust corset extends from under the bust (hence the name) to just over the hips (it can be lengthened over the hips at the wearer's discretion). The length and shape of the underbust slims the figure and defines the waist leaving the bust unsupported. A properly fitted and laced underbust will leave the wearer feeling comfortably supported and breathing easily.

The corset shown here was custom drafted for the lovely Minna, and was showcased as a sample at the Hudson Valley Bridal Expo. The structural foundation of this underbust is two layers of cotton duck (used in samples only), fully boned with spring and spiral steels. The beautiful fashion fabric consists of two separate layers: a creamy white silk satin with a embroidered baby pink organza overlay, and finished off with a baby pink satin ribbon. Ideal for everyday wear both under and over garments. Garter strap loops can be added for the use of removable garters, or we can attach garters permanently to the corset. Why? Because they're fun!
